Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and 12 years of management consulting experience. Two years of additional management experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.

Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. Acts as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts. May provide daily supervision and direction to business process reengineering team, or high-level consulting input. (May include specific knowledge of paperless environment and electronic document management systems.)

Education/Experience: Master's degree and 7 years of management consulting experience. Two years of additional management experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.
